Yes! The 25% off sitewide applies across all markets, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
How long will delivery take?

Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, order processing may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.

Once shipped, standard and express delivery times will apply depending on your region.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed due to the fast-moving nature of the sale.
Will items sell out?

Yes — all items are available only while stocks last. Once sold out, products may not be restocked during the sale period.
Will there be extended discounts after the sale?

No - the 25% off sitewide offer is available for a limited time only. Once it ends, prices will return to regular retail pricing.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

The 40% off discount on Christmas Gift Bundles is a one-day only flash offer, valid Sunday 30 November 2025 from 9:30am AEST to 11:59pm AEST.

This offer applies exclusively during this time window and cannot be extended, back-dated, or applied to orders placed outside this period.

From 12:00am AEST on 1 December 2025, Christmas Gift Bundles revert to the standard Cyber Week offer of 25% off, which continues for the remainder of the promotional period.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.

Order Processing:

  • Due to expected high order volumes, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Shipping Delays:

  • The Patch Remedy is not responsible for carrier-related delays once orders have been shipped.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for unopened products only within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price paid during the sale.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
