Reseal the pouch once opened and store the pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Place the patch on a hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, shoulder, inner wrist, lower back, or abdomen. Another great place to place the patch is above the ankle! If you have sensitive skin, it is a good idea to regularly rotate where you put the patches to avoid any skin irritation.
Yes! It is very important to us that all our patches are not only latex free, but also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and not tested on animals.
All our patches last between 12-24 hours.
All our patches have a long shelf life of 1+ years and you can find the expiry date on the back of each product.
Yes – many of our patches are fantastic for children and teenagers such as magnesium, immunity, and focus. Do not use the patches on children younger than two years old and always seek advice from your health practitioner prior to using on your child.
Some people have skin sensitivity, if so, try using the patches for a shorter amount of time or placing the patch on a different area of skin. Using the patches on a tougher area of skin such as the sole of the foot or the shoulder balde can be a great solution if you have more sensitive skin.
Yes! All our patches are waterproof so feel free to wear them in the shower or when going for a swim – they even stay on in the surf!
Sure! Every individual is different and metabolises the nutrients differently – we recommend starting with one patch and building up to two or three until the desired effect is achieved. You can also wear more than one type of patch at a time, for instance SLEEP and MAGNESIUM work beautifully together as does MENOPAUSE and SLEEP.

This depends on where you live! We process each order within 1-2 business days and ship all our Australian and New Zealand orders via Australia Post. You will receive tracking notifications when your patches are on their way to you!

Absolutely! We send you tracking information as soon as the patches are on their way to you.
If you need to change your order once it has been placed, then please email us at orders@thepatchremedy.com as soon as possible with your order details and we will do our best to help. However, if the order has already been processed and sent to you, unfortunately we will not be able to change your order.

When purchasing products simply select the ‘Subscribe and Save’ option to save 10% on all recurring orders! You will then receive your selected patches every 30 or 60 days - your choice!
Once you create an account, you can then add to, change, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard.
Login to your account, select manage subscriptions and from there you can cancel your subscriptions.
