Authorised Reseller Policy

The Patch Remedy products are sold through our official website and through approved retail and wholesale partners (“Authorised Resellers”). This policy exists to protect consumers and ensure product quality, authenticity and proper handling.

1. Authorised Resellers

Only sellers that have been expressly approved in writing by In Equilibrio Pty Ltd ABN 97 143 319 144 trading as The Patch Remedy (“The Patch Remedy”, “we”, “us”) are considered Authorised Resellers.

2. Marketplace restrictions

Unless expressly approved in writing by The Patch Remedy, our products must not be advertised or sold on any third-party marketplace or auction platform, including (without limitation) eBay, Catch, Temu, AliExpress, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree or similar services.

Amazon is reserved exclusively for official The Patch Remedy brand-controlled listings. No third-party sellers or wholesale customers are authorised to sell The Patch Remedy products on Amazon.

3. Product condition and quality control

Authorised Resellers must:

  • sell only genuine The Patch Remedy products that are new, unopened and in original packaging;
  • not relabel, repackage, alter, split multipacks or create unauthorised bundles;
  • not remove, obscure or tamper with batch/lot codes, expiry information, instructions or identifiers;
  • store, handle and ship products in a manner that maintains product integrity.

4. Unauthorised sellers

Products sold by unauthorised sellers may have been stored or handled outside our quality controls. For this reason, The Patch Remedy cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition or suitability of products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take action where we believe this policy has been breached, including requesting removal of listings from third-party platforms, issuing cease and desist notices, and suspending or terminating wholesale access where applicable.

6. Reporting

If you believe you have found The Patch Remedy products being sold by an unauthorised seller, please contact us at hello@thepatchremedy.com with a link to the listing.
