Why is the points program ending?
Most of our community told us they'd rather have straightforward savings built into a subscription than track points. We listened, and this is us acting on it.
Can I still earn points?
Not from 14 July 2026 onwards. No new points are earned after this date.
What about the points I already have?
Still valid. Your points last 12 months from when you joined, or after 12 months of account activity. Log in to check your balance and expiry date.
How do I redeem them?
Click 'Redeem My Points', above copy the code and use it at checkout on any order over $50. Can't be used on subscription orders or already-discounted orders.
