Why is the points program ending?
Most of our community told us they'd rather have straightforward savings built into a subscription than track points. We listened, and this is us acting on it.
Can I still earn points?
Not from 1 July 2026 onwards. No new points are earned after this date.
What about the points I already have?
Still valid. Valid points will be able to be used until 30 June 2027. Log in to check your balance and expiry date.
How do I redeem them?
Click 'Redeem My Points', above copy the code and use it at checkout on any order over $50. Can't be used on subscription orders or already-discounted orders.
